Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Final – We offer exchange or store credit only, unless your item arrives damaged.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags still attached. We do not accept returns on undergarments for hygiene reasons.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your store credit or exchange within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Responsibility

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure your items are securely packaged and obtain proof of postage/tracked delivery to avoid any issues. We are not liable for any lost or damaged returns during transit.
